Streamlining The Campaign Registry  Registration Process: Through UX Research

This case study outlines how critical usability issues were uncovered through two rounds of usability testing. Insights informed a streamlined redesign that improved clarity, reduced errors, and boosted successful registrations by 77%.

The AI Assistant: User-Centered Innovation in the UCaaS Space

Findings from in-depth user interviews, validated through a large-scale survey, shaped an AI assistant designed to meet real user needs. Early adoption metrics showed strong impact—92% user adoption and 84% reporting improved call engagement.

Designing SMS Templates with Usability and Eye Tracking Insights

Through usability testing and in-lab eye-tracking, I identified key issues in the initial concept design of SMS templates—a feature for creating and re-using pre-written texts. Research insights informed key UI changes before launch, driving seamless feature adoption.

Exploring AI in Daily Life: A Diary Study on Personal Use
